Experiencing an issue with your watch? We understand how frustrating that can be. Fortunately, every watch we sell is backed by a warranty. On this page you’ll find a clear overview of how our coverage works and what you can expect from us.

The warranty term depends on the agreements we have with the respective suppliers or manufacturers. The applicable warranty for your watch will be explicitly mentioned on the warranty certificate provided with the watch. Below an indication what our most common warranty terms are.
New watches: typically covered for 1 to 2 years.
Pre-owned watches: covered by our standard 12-month warranty.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide your original purchase invoice in combination with the provided filled out warranty certificate. Please keep this document safe - without it, we’re unable to process your request.

Our warranty applies to defects not caused by improper use. Damage resulting from misuse is not covered. Moisture damage, for example, is excluded unless it can be traced back to a technical defect.

We strongly advise against showering with any watch. Steam and condensation can compromise water resistance, especially as soaps and shower products may affect the sealing gaskets. Swimming is also discouraged unless your watch has a water resistance rating of 200 meters or higher..

All warranty cases are handled directly through us. Because we source watches from manufacturers or through authorized intermediaries - often including previous collections or ex-display models - brand dealers are typically unable to assist directly. We remain your single point of contact.

For new watches under warranty, we generally follow the same process as official dealers: the watch is sent to the brand’s authorized service center, unless the issue can be resolved efficiently in-house.
For pre-owned watches, warranty repairs are handled either by us or returned to the original supplier when necessary.

In-house warranty service: approximately 1–3 weeks
Manufacturer or supplier service: approximately 4–8 weeks

If you choose to have your watch repaired by a third party during the warranty period, those costs will not be reimbursed. Warranty repairs must be handled through our approved channels unless explicitly agreed otherwise at the time of purchase.
